fetch_meta
"fetch_meta" specifies whether this plugin fetches folder structure using listsubs API*2 *3. With this option on, all feeds under Plagger folder will have Plagger as its tag.

You can use this tags information using Rules in later phase.

del.icio.usのタグと同じように扱われている．
先ほどBloglinesで送られてきたものがフォルダに入ってない or tagはtagでも表示されないtagのどちらか．
